Not sure about precision 2/3 , maybe 3/3 and opportunity 2/3 ... depends how much hit will be on gear, but with no focused attacks... hit EP is a bit diminished.

Glyph-wise... if BS will be spammy enough I might take Vendetta instead... if bosses won't allow much tank and spank it will mean more energy pooling while moving and thus you will have energy for BS whether you like it or not... there a vendetta glyph could be better to when you can actually sit comfortably on the boss.

Feint and Clos.... heard it is going to be tough out there :P
Sap and Distract... well.. nice synergy.

Might have missed something as i havnt been following Rog changes but is deadly brew a waste of points for a pve spec? and for the first tier of raiding i would have though 3/3 precision would be better than crippling poison.

Like i say might have missed something, if so just call me an idiot and move on.

in order to get the 31st pointer (Vendetta) you need 3 utility fillers points.
2/2 quickening is a combo of 3.x.x's fleet footed and quick recovery and actually hold pseudo-dps value since you can create more time-on-target due to mobility (pseudo-dps , the stuff theorycrafting is having trouble modeling into formulas).

and one point can go to either 3% overall damage mitigation/1 point in blackjack/1 point deadly brew/1 point in improved expose armor.

3% overall damage mitigation is ... mehhhh... not amazing, a good rogue should be able to suffer huge amounts of damage from several sources with the right abilities used (feint/clos/evasion/sprint).

blackjack... very nice utility... imagine a player breaking your sap while we are still handling the non-CC mobs... you will have a very diminished anrgy mob hitting raid members until a tank gets him.

deadly brew - actually have some pseudu dps value on some cases since it affects mobility (your target is dramatically slowed) and you can help kiting players this way

expose armor - cute... but others can still arpen for you.

so actually you can't go 3/3 precision by removing a point from assassination tree since you won't have 31 points there.
